Hairbow Tryout

Hey everyone! Look what I tried out! I loved it, and it was sooo easy to make. I had fun showing it off lol. My mom was very impressed and she liked it! I showed it to my dad and he was just cracking up because he thought it looked funny ^_^

I just added a little color to it, cause i'm cool like that but I'll put up the original photo. I took it with my phone camera. : ) Ooh and I sent it to my boyfriend and he sent it to my email so i could post it up. :3

Flashback Tune

You know when you come upon a song that has a familiar tune to another song, well I came upon one of Lisbeth Scott's song called Where. This song was in one of the soundtracks from The Chronicles of Narnia and I was listening to the beginning of this song it gave me a flashback to one of Sailor Moon's songs. As soon as that clicked on me I started searching it and I know that I used to listen to the Sailor Moon song but I just couldn't remember the name. I know the song's name had "love" in it, so I searched online and on YouTube and after sometime of searching I found it on YouTube. The song is called "The Power of Love" it came out in Sailor Moon R: The Movie, Promise of a Rose. I don't know Scott's song just hit a familiar tune and it reminded me of "The Power of Love", I'm so excited I found, and it didn't take that long to find it, like it usually does when something like this happens. :D

Updates

Hello everyone! This is just an update on my current fun life lol. Well first of all I'm fixing my blog, probably thinking of making a new template for it. I really love this one but I think I can remodel it a bit. Also I have added my friend Mimo and her blog on the bullentin called Siblings so check that out. I want to add more than just pictures, videos, things I find interesting and cute. I want to add something like this, me talking to you all, and maybe add some of my stories as well. The reason I dont' do a lot of that is that I don't really know what to talk about and I'm a little nervouse to post my stories up, but you know that's what a blog is all about so I'm going to give it try. I really don't have much to post on my blog much lately. I do want to but I don't know what lols. I heard the Hunger Games was a really good series of books, I've heard many good comments about it. I want to read Hunger Games now!! Can't wait to read them. I know the movie came out on theaters already... I think I might read the books first and watch the movie later. Or vice versa depends if I happen to watch the movie first lols.

Wow, this song brings back memories from the 90s. I was very young maybe around 8 or 9 or younger I really don't remember. lol Well this song brings back memories when I used to sleep in the living room in the sofa. Yeah that was my bed lols : ) .... I wanted my own room so I was the one who proposed the sofa as my own bed. I remember turning on my radio as softly as possible at night, so that my parents and little sisters wouldn't wake up, the living room had huge windows and I would open them wide and sit down on the balcony with the night breeze flowing in gently... the stars were bright and the moon was so beautiful. I would listen to this song, and just imagine finding my true love... it was like magic... i felt so safe and it would pray and thank God for the beautiful night flowing in like an enchantment.

A little about the picture I put up. I found it while searching for prayers on DeviantArt.com and I thought it captured me when I was a little girl. The picture captivates faith and innocence, a child's prayers and I thought it was really great drawing. I think the artist called her Maria something, sorry I don't know, but Maria is a Mexican name and if that is so then the little girl is Mexican, Hispanic, and I am too. : ) She actually looks like my sister when she was that age.

One more thing I thought Glee sang this song so beautifully and it captured Madonna's mystery to this song, and so I put it. I really love how great Glee sang this song, just so wonderful.

Randomness

((This was actually done before March but I don't' recall the rightful date...it was a long time ago)) ----- 

I feel like today was a very fulfilling day, I completed everything on my agenda for today's homework and errands. I feel sooo happy! In the morning I made a healthy breakfast, oatmeal with apples and cinnamon, it was so good, and it felt better because it was healthy. Then I attended my first class, which was replaced by a speaker at the TeXes Labs where she spoke about getting ready to register for our teaching exams. This kind of stuff always makes me nervous but I have no choice, I will have to do it, and I'll be doing as best I can with a positive mind. Then my friends and I left to the College of Edu. to get ourselves register once and for all, it was actually really easy and it made me feel more comfortable with all of us going together. Then from there I left to my second class where I had a presentation of Classroom Management. It went really well! The professor helped me out on bits so that she could tell about her own experiences as a former High School teacher, also so that she could advice better on how to handle a classroom. It was a very interesting presentation and I loved being in the front explaining and talking about the chapter I had to present on. It was great! I wasn't perfect but it was still good. Then when that class ended I stayed over so that my group for the Video project could meet me there and we just basically worked on our video. Then I went to buy a taco so that I could eat it while helping out my group, I was sooo hungry xD lol it was a good taco. So anyways right after that, I had to leave my group so that I could go to advisement and it went.... (okay I never finished this but I'm posting it... i been leaving it as a draft for a very long time already. So I'm deciding to post even if it is not finished. Nothing too awesome anyways lols )

Such a wonderful movie!! I really loved that they added Hispanic characters : )... it was amazing! I'm a Hispanic/Latina and when movies have characters from my own culture, it just reminds of home sweet home. I never want to loose that great bond I have with my culture. I love my culture, I am blessed to have such a cultural ethnicity. Happy Feet has shot to my top favorite movie list. It's a masterpiece, with amazing singers, music, and story line. It's heartwarming, filled with beautiful characters and humor.
